In today’s information-saturated culture, merely providing data isn't enough: PCCE’s learning experiences focus on delivering content with a “plus more” context. This includes tailoring learning opportunities specifically for the Christian school environment, such as board governance workshops for Christian school board members or discussions on new curricular guidelines within a Christian framework.
Additionally, PCCE will create learning opportunities that foster stronger connections among participants, through activities like corporate worship at conventions or cross-school field trips for collaborative learning and community building.

Teachers' Conventions
Designed to meet the unique needs of Christian school educators, our high-quality learning experiences offer opportunities to connect and worship with other Christian school teachers, adding an extra layer of encouragement and collaboration.
Teaching for Transformation
A learning and teaching design framework that roots the purpose of education in God’s Story. PCCE schools are able to receive support and training to implement TfT at their school through on-site PD, coaching of TfT lead teachers, participation in TfT 101 for new educators and TfT site-visits.
Board Governance
Our workshops and training support and equip board members in their vital role as trustees of their school’s vision and mission as they learn about roles, responsibilities, and effective structures for good governance.
On-Site Professional Development
Available for both teachers and boards and is custom-designed in collaboration with PCCE staff to meet the specific needs of the local school.
Mentoring Resource
This service provides a comprehensive month-by-month walk through a teacher’s first year, with an on-site mentor. This resource is designed specifically for Christian school teachers and includes materials for the principal as well.
