Recognizing our small size, we will also partner with external organizations to leverage additional expertise and services for the benefit of our schools. PCCE will actively facilitate and support these collaborative relationships.

Professional Support Networks
Provides participants an opportunity to connect virtually with other people doing similar jobs or dealing with similar circumstances. PSN’s meet several times each year to collaborate, ask questions, share resources, and support each other.
Mediation Services
Offered to our schools when they find themselves in a place where an external voice would be helpful to resolve conflicts and restore relationships.
Learning Trips
Opportunities for participants to immerse themselves in another context to gain insight from other schools or organizations. Trips may be within the Prairies, visiting other PCCE schools, or reaching beyond to experience what others are doing beyond our region.

School and Leadership Reviews
Comprehensive processes led by PCCE staff in collaboration with the local school to provide specific and timely feedback to the school regarding their Christian programming or the work of the leader.
