The CFO provides oversite to the board finance team, finance department staff, director of operations, and human resources, and provides support to the board of directors by contributing to the strategic direction of the school and collaborating on school initiatives and projects. Koinonia Christian School Red Deer Society interdenominational, is accepting applications for the position of Executive (Senior) Principal.

KCS-RDS Authority operates 3 interdenominational discipleship Schools: Campus, Emmaus, (a DSESP school) and Koinonia@Home (a Home Education / Distance Learning Program).

Duties would include oversight of the 3 schools plus principalship of the online / home education program. • 5-10 years of teaching experience; at least 5 years in a leadership role preferred.
