    Koinonia Christian Education Society is a group of likeminded, Christian Discipleship schools, consisting of 9 schools in 6 communities in Alberta.     The Society for Christian Education in Southern Alberta (SCESA) supports Immanuel Christian Schools, an alternate program of Lethbridge School Division, in Lethbridge, Alberta. The mission of our two campuses, representing K-12, is "to provide a Christian environment in which God calls his children to develop and use their gifts for joyful service in His kingdom."

    • Salary Range: $75,000 – $80,000 per year

    • RRSP Matching Program: For every dollar the employee puts towards an RRSP NCCS will match 33 cents.

    Qualifications

    • Valid BC teaching certificate
    • Master's degree in education or a related field is an asset
    • A minimum of five years of teaching experience in a K-9 setting
    • A proven track record of effective leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
    • Experienced teacher (minimum of 5 years) with training and understanding of the meaning and value of a faith-based learning environment
    • Principal or Vice Principal experience is considered an asset
    • Acceptance of the NCCS Statement of Faith, without reservation
