John Knox Christian School in Wyoming Ontario is looking for two full-time Grade 1 and Grade 7 teachers to join our staff in Fall of 2023.  A successful candidate would have a passion for leading young children to learn more about God’s world and how to love, obey, and serve Him. Strengths in teaching French, Math and/or coaching sports would be an asset.  Candidates should posses relevant education such as B.ED or M.ED and a provincial certification is preferred.

Abbotsford Christian Middle School is currently accepting applications for a part to full-time (0.4-1.0 FTE) as a LEARNING SUPPORT SERVICES (LSS) COORDINATOR for the 2023-2024 school year.

This LSS Coordinator would join a collaborative team that is responsible for all aspects of the LSS department. This includes programming for learning support and special education students, supervising educational assistants and their workload, and communicating with parents and staff; all in keeping with the mission and vision of ACS. The coordinator would report directly to the campus principal and work closely with the Director of Learning Support Services.

Abbotsford Christian School is accepting applications for GRADE 5-8 HOMEROOM TEACHERS for the 2023-2024 school year. The position is full-time, commencing September 2023.

The successful candidates will have a passion for teaching middle school age students and engaging them in authentic learning experiences that align with Christian worldview. The successful candidates should be comfortable teaching homeroom subject areas (language arts, social studies, science, and mathematics) as well as fine arts. The ability to teach music and/or French would be helpful, but not required.

In spring of 2022, the four Christian school communities in the Quinte region voted to amalgamate into one school board. The Board decided to create the position of Executive Director (ED) to lead the new Quinte Region Christian Schools organization.
